MRO

Tamil Nadu has 4 international airports with custom facilities. Currently one of the Largest MRO of private sector is operating out of Hosur (Air works). A new greenfield airport would be established at Parandur near Chennai. To cater the current and future requirement of the Airlines, TIDCO is planning to establish MRO facility at Chennai International airport. In this regards, TIDCO would reach out to existing domestic and international MROs for establishing their facilities at Chennai.

Subsequently, policy incentives have also been provided by Central and TN Government to support MRO facility.
